By request, we offer low-odor, ammonia-free and PPD-conscious options for sensitive clients. About “Organic” Color There’s no truly “chemical-free” permanent color. We stock gentler alternatives (ammonia-free, low-fragrance, bond-protective) and will patch test when needed. What about Luminexx? Luminexx, Aloxxi’s gel-cream permanent colour line, marries the most advanced smart technology with globally inspired creativity delivering long-lasting colour and healthy hair with beautiful shine. Cancellation Policy
At Starleet Studio, every service is designed with care, intention, and time. To ensure a smooth and personalized experience for all guests, please take a moment to review the following policies: Changes or cancel can be made via email or text, 24 hours in advance of appointment time. Ensure to make changes prior to 24 hour deadline to not lose the deposit. Make sure you have a login setup as site members to make changes or cancel appointments, if required. Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit fee is required to secure each appointment. This amount will go toward your final total. Your deposit will be forfeited If your appointment needs to be canceled for a no show. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting the next guest’s time. Timing & Pricing: Service times and prices may vary based on hair length, density, and condition. I will always provide a custom price quote before beginning any service.
