Consultation required before booking. What you get: Professional single-process color applied to 1 inch regrowth for seamless grey coverage or shade maintenance. Includes consultation, root application, rinse, and quick blow-dry. Good for: 4-8 weeks of regrowth or first signs of grey. Expectations: Color is matched to your formula; pulling color through mids/ends is not included unless added. Pricing: From $70. Extra product/time may apply for long, dense, or highly resistant hair. Policies: Card on file. 48-hour reschedule window; late/no-show fees apply. Duration: 1 hr 45 min Color Lines We Use We formulate our colors with L’Oreal Professionnel shades for consistent, glossy results. By request, we offer low-odor, ammonia-free and PPD-conscious options for sensitive clients. About Color There is no truly chemical-free permanent color. We stock gentler alternatives (ammonia-free, low-fragrance, bond-protective) and will patch test when needed.
Cancellation Policy
At Starleet Studio, every service is designed with care, intention, and time. To ensure a smooth and personalized experience for all guests, please take a moment to review the following policies: Changes or cancel can be made via email or text, 24 hours in advance of appointment time. Ensure to make changes prior to 24 hour deadline to not lose the deposit. Make sure you have a login setup as site members to make changes or cancel appointments, if required. Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit fee is required to secure each appointment. This amount will go toward your final total. Your deposit will be forfeited If your appointment needs to be canceled for a no show. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting the next guest’s time. Timing & Pricing: Service times and prices may vary based on hair length, density, and condition. I will always provide a custom price quote before beginning any service. Waiver Requirement: For your safety and clarity, a client waiver must be signed prior to your service. This helps us provide the best, most transparent care possible.
